Micronizer Plant
The unit of sale is a plant, not a machine. Ten machines, physically connected, that take crushed mineral rock and deliver powder from 200 mesh down to 8 microns.
Specification
Every figure, and where it comes from.
Values are taken from the company's own technical specification and cross-checked against its quotations. Where two documents disagree, both readings and the rule applied are stated in the row.

The drawing
How it is built, and how it moves.
Drawn on the same drafting system as the rest of the set: five stroke weights by role, a 2 px grid, and motion derived from the machine's own kinematics rather than approximated.
How it works
The principle behind the specification.
What is in the standard scope
Microniser set — classifier, jet filter, blower, belt conveyor and screw conveyor — with the ball mill, two hopper-and-elevator stacks and the descendicator as the core. Grinding media, electric motors, compressor, control panel and the crusher are quoted separately, so a customer who already has them is not made to buy them again.
What the customer provides
Civil work for the mill foundation, to a dimensioned drawing AEW supplies. Panel, cables and accessories. At site during erection: a 12–14 tonne crane for three days, oxygen, an LPG cylinder and a welding machine for about a week, and food and accommodation for the erection team. The foundation frame is collected from the AEW workshop.
Plant configuration
Output scales by adding mills against a target fineness rather than by altering a machine. The technical specification works an example: two mills for 2.8 TPH at 20 microns, five for 6.0 TPH at 15 microns, eight for 6.0 TPH at 10 microns. Confirm the configuration against your own tonnage before ordering.
In the works
The machine itself.
Photographed at the AEW works. Retouched for exposure and white balance; nothing has been restyled or added.
Elsewhere in the line
What sits either side of it.

Machine · 14 ft × 6 ft dia
Air-Swept Ball Mill
The grinding stage. A 6 ft diameter, 14 ft long shell turning at 20 RPM, charged with 11–12 tonnes of alloy-cast…

Machine · High-efficiency, 1000 mm
Dynamic Classifier
The machine that decides how fine the product is. A rotating cage inside a static guide-vane ring, with the cut point…

Machine · DC plant, P36
Descendicator
A beater-type disintegrator between the crusher and the mill. Required when the feed arrives as 30/80 mesh grains.
