About
One works in Udaipur, one product, thirty years.
Akash Engineering Works has been designing, fabricating, installing and commissioning micronizer plants since 1995, under the mentorship of Mr. Dal Chand Lohar.
The company
What we do, plainly.
AEW builds industrial microniser grinding mills, crushers and industrial equipment for the mineral processing sector. The unit of sale is a plant: a line of ten machines that takes crushed mineral rock and delivers powder from 200 mesh down to 8 microns, with an optional coating line that follows it.
The work is quoted as a set — microniser, ball mill, hoppers and elevators and the descendicator as the core, with grinding media, motors, compressor, control panel and crusher as separately priced items a customer can take or supply themselves. Erection is a roughly seven-day job carried out by an AEW team on the customer's own foundation.
Plant configuration, not machine customisation
Output is scaled by adding mills against a target fineness rather than by altering a machine. The technical specification works the example: two mills give 2.8 TPH at 20 microns, five give 6.0 TPH at 15, eight give 6.0 TPH at 10. A standard machine built the same way every time is a machine whose spares fit and whose performance is known.

Position
What the business actually claims.
Thirty years
Building the same product from the same works, which is why a plant from a decade ago still takes current spares.
Low power
The one claim the business can prove, because it publishes power draw against output at three finenesses.
Low maintenance
High-chrome liners, EN8 trunnions and a belt drive with no gearbox and no coupling in the train.
Dust proof, less noise
A closed circuit under suction: leaks draw air in rather than blowing dust out.
Since 1995

Founded
Akash Engineering Works is established at Debari, Udaipur, under the mentorship of Mr. Dal Chand Lohar.

The microniser ball mill
The air-swept ball mill and classifier circuit that is still the core of every plant we build.
- 2010
Across three states
Installations spread from Rajasthan into Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.

Beyond India
The first plants shipped overseas.
Reach
Where the plants are.
Plants are installed across Rajasthan — Udaipur, Jaipur, Abu, Rajsamand, Sirohi and Banswara — in Madhya Pradesh at Alirajpur and Indore, and in Gujarat at Baroda and Chota Udaipur. Internationally, in South Africa and Tanzania.
The works is at Power House, Gudli Road, Debari, on the Udaipur–Debari road in southern Rajasthan — in the middle of one of India's main calcite and dolomite producing belts, which is why the plants are built here.
Mission
To supply mineral grinding plants that run to a stated number: a fineness, a tonnage and a power draw the customer can hold us to.
What we do not claim
No certification badge appears on this site, because no certificate has been issued to put behind it. No customer is named, because none has given permission. Every specification figure here cites the document it came from.
Come and see one running.
The works is at Debari, on the Udaipur road. Call ahead and we will have a plant on the floor to walk you round.
